What this site is

An independent information site about an online gambling operator. It publishes descriptions of how bonuses, payments and account verification work, drawn from the operator's published terms and from independent sources.

It is not the operator. It holds no gaming accounts, takes no deposits, processes no withdrawals, issues no bonuses and has no access to players' accounts. Any contractual relationship concerning gambling is between the player and the operator alone, governed by the operator's published terms rather than by this page.

Commercial relationship

This site carries affiliate links. If you open an account through one of them, the operator pays us a commission. It costs you nothing additional and does not change the terms offered to you.

We say so here and at the foot of every page because it is information you need in order to weigh what you read, not a disclosure to be filed away somewhere quiet.

Two consequences for method follow from it:

• We have not opened an account with the operator. We publish no timed withdrawals, no play experiences and no numerical ratings, because they would be invented. Where we do not know something, we write that.
• We publish no user reviews. If any ever appear, they will be real and verifiable, or they will not appear.

Limits on the information published

Information about offers, amounts, wagering requirements, payment methods and limits is accurate as at the verification date stated on the page carrying it. It changes without notice.

The authoritative value is always the one the operator publishes in its own cashier and in the rules of the individual promotion. No third party page, this one included, can guarantee day-to-day currency, which is why every page here points you to check at the source rather than simply asserting.

Age and local law

Gambling is restricted to those aged 18 or over. The control tools are listed on the responsible gaming page.

The licence the operator holds regulates it in its own jurisdiction and does not establish that gambling is lawful where you are. Remote gambling law varies from state to state, and in several jurisdictions the use of operators without a local authorisation is restricted or prohibited. Checking your own position is the responsibility of the person opening an account, and no page on this site can substitute for that check.

The operator also excludes a number of countries from registration: the list is in the review and is worth reading before depositing, because the check happens at account verification rather than at sign up.

Limitation of liability

This limitation does not extend to cases where the law does not permit its exclusion, and in particular does not affect the rights consumers hold under the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, being that of the state where the operator of this site is established.

This clause does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence: where those provisions offer greater protection, they prevail.

Changes

Changes to these terms are published on this page and take effect on publication.
