Privacy policy
This is a static information site with no accounts and no payments. The data processed is the technical data every web request generates, plus anything you choose to send by writing to the contact address. Following a link to the operator takes you off this site, where a separate controller's policy applies.
Who processes the data and how to reach them
Processing in connection with this site is carried out by whoever operates it, reachable at [email protected].
That is the channel through which the rights set out below are exercised. It is the same address given on the contact page and in the terms of use. Requests sent there are handled whether or not they state a reason.
What data is processed
Technical browsing data. Every request to a website transmits certain data to the server delivering it: IP address, browser and operating system, page requested, date and time. This is necessary to deliver the page and is processed for that purpose and for infrastructure security. The legal basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
Measurement data. No traffic analytics tool is installed on this site.
Data you send voluntarily. If you write to the contact address, your message and the address it came from are processed in order to reply. The legal basis is the performance of a request from the data subject, Article 6(1)(b).
This site requires no account, handles no payments and collects no gambling related data. When you follow a link to the operator you leave this site, and from that point the processing of your data is governed by the operator's own policy, as a separate and independent controller.
Cookies
This is a static site and it sets no profiling cookies. There is no login, no basket and no server side stored preferences.
A technical note worth stating: the affiliate links on these pages set no cookies on this domain. Any tracking happens on the operator's domain after the redirect and is governed by the operator's policy, not this one.
Recipients and transfers
The site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical browsing data as a processor on the controller's behalf.
No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Technical browsing data is retained for as long as security and diagnostic purposes require, according to the infrastructure provider's own periods. Messages received at the contact address are retained for as long as handling the request requires.
Your rights
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a machine readable format. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Requests go to the address given at the top of this page and on the contact page. If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Minors
The terms of use and the responsible gaming page also apply. This site concerns a service restricted to adults aged 18 or over, is not directed at minors, and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Changes to this policy are published on this page. The date it was last updated is the one carried in the page's structured data.
